It depends on the rental home. There is a pet deposit of $200 per pet if approved by our Project Manager.

Rent is due on the first day of each month and is late after 5:00 p.m. on the 3rd day of the month. If rent is not received prior to 5:00 p.m. on the 3rd day of the month (regardless of cause, day of week, holiday closures or returned check) there is a late fee of $10 per day with a maximum late fee of $40 per month. Late fees will be assessed on the 4th day. If the 3rd falls on a Saturday or Sunday, rent must be received in our office by 5:00 p.m. on Friday to avoid late fees. If the 3rd falls on a holiday, rent must be received by 5:00 p.m. the previous day.

Rental prices are different for all our housing. The Housing Fellowship rentals are at or below the area fair market rent.

Our rental homes are located throughout Iowa City, Coralville, and North Liberty. We own single family homes, duplexes, townhomes, and condominiums. THF strives to provide a wide choice of homes for our renters.
